Witness Network Program

We also maintain a trusted witness network for document signings where witnesses are required by law or requested by clients.

What Witnesses Do:

  • Observe document signings

  • Verify identity and presence of signers

  • Sign as a neutral third-party witness when required

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Valid government-issued ID required

  • Must be impartial (not a beneficiary or party to the document)

  • Professional and reliable

  • Willing to follow appointment instructions

For Notary Mentorship Members:

For Witness Network Members:
