Services Provided

AssistPros LLC provides the following services:

  • Mobile Notary Services
  • Remote Online Notarization (RON)
  • Loan Signing Services
  • Insurance Quote and Brokerage Services
  • Document Assistance and Related Administrative Services

All services are provided in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.

 

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Ensure all signers are present and willing
  • Understand documents before signing
  • Comply with all applicable laws

No Legal Advice

AssistPros LLC and its representatives are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or interpretation of legal documents. Clients are encouraged to consult a qualified attorney for legal guidance.

 

Insurance Services Disclaimer

Insurance services provided through AssistPros LLC are subject to underwriting by third-party insurance carriers. Coverage, approval, and pricing are determined by the insurance company, not AssistPros LLC.

We do not guarantee approval or specific rates.

Insurance Services

Insurance quotes provided by AssistPros LLC are free of charge.

  • We do not collect premiums directly; all insurance payments are made to third-party carriers.
  • Refunds for insurance premiums are handled by the insurance carrier according to their individual policies and underwriting guidelines.

Appointment Policy

  • All services are provided by appointment only
  • Clients must provide valid, government-issued identification
  • Documents must be complete prior to notarization unless otherwise instructed
  • Travel fees may apply for mobile services
  • Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or cancellation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice
  • Cancellation fees may apply for last-minute cancellations
  • No-shows may be subject to a service charge

Fees & Payments

  • Fees vary based on service type, location, and complexity
  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed
  • Travel fees and additional charges may apply
  • Insurance quotes are free, but policy premiums are determined by insurance carriers.
  • All notary, mobile notary, Remote Online Notarization (RON), and loan signing fees are non-refundable once the appointment has been completed.

    Remote Online Notarization (RON)

    Clients using RON services must:

    • Have access to a stable internet connection
    • Complete identity verification steps
    • Use approved electronic platforms
    • Consent to audio/video recording where required by law.
    • RON service fees are non-refundable once the notarization session has started.
    • Technical issues caused by the client (such as internet failure or inability to verify identity) may still be subject to a service fee.

Limitation of Liability

AssistPros LLC is not responsible for:

  • Legal outcomes of notarized documents
  • Insurance claim decisions or carrier actions
  • Errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client information
  • Delays beyond our control

Privacy & Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting client information. All personal and document-related information is handled securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable laws.

AssistPros LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
